The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), together with Poro Point Management Corporation (PPMC) and the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), is set to redevelop the 8,000-square-meter Poro Point Baywalk in La Union into a sports and recreation complex that will attract more visitors and give the community a vibrant shared space by the sea.
